This video production was commissioned by joint selling agents Strutt & Parker and Sanderson Young for the  video marketing of the stunning Beechfield Tower.

Beechfield Tower is a highly impressive and unique country house set within the rolling Northumbrian countryside and surrounded by grass parks and close to the magnificent Belsay Hall and Castle.

The agents and the homeowner wanted to market the property nationally and needed to give perspective clients as thorough an impression of the estate as possible, without actually visiting the site.

Promotional video offered the most engaging way to tell the story of the property and the grounds.  We used track and dolly set ups to add movement to certain shots, as well as time-lapse photography to create dynamic video footage.  We were also commissioned to capture aerial photography using our Radio-Controlled Heli-Cam system.  The aerial photographs were used in brochures and also appear in the video.

Real Estate video offers a perfect way to market high-end properties and break down distance barriers by giving potential clients their first visit, from the comfort of their home.

The video was promoted through both agents websites and sent out to clients as soon as enquiries came in.
